Main Level (Upstairs) Option – Perfect for Groups of 6 or Fewer

Lucky’s Lookout is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, but we know not every group needs that much room. For groups of 6 or fewer, we offer a discounted rate when you rent just the main level (upstairs) of the home.

The main level includes:

• 3 bedrooms with Roku tvs and Utopia Bedding pillows

  • 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bunk room with twin over full bunk beds and an additional twin bed

• 2 full bathrooms

• A fully stocked kitchen

• Open concept dining and living room with comfy reclining sofas

• Full access to all outdoor areas, including the hot tub

You’ll still have exclusive use of the entire property, including all outdoor areas and the laundry room nothing is shared, but we simply close off the lower level, which has 2 extra bedrooms and a third bathroom with its own private entrance.

This is a great option for couples, small families, or a few friends looking to enjoy the full beach house experience without paying for more space than they need.
