Our 5-bedroom, 3-bath house is just three rows from the sand in Galveston’s laid-back Sea Isle community. It’s dog-friendly, family-ready, and managed directly by us—no third-party fees, no generic service, just a beach getaway that feels like home.

We named this home after our beloved dog Lucky, and we believe vacations are better when your four-legged family members can come too. We’re proud to offer a place where dogs are welcome, families feel relaxed, and guests return year after year.

Upstairs Living Space:
The main living area is located on the upper level and features an open-concept living and dining room with comfy reclining couches, plus a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances (installed November 2024).

Step out onto the large upper deck to sip your morning coffee in tall Adirondack chairs or soak up the sun on the lounge chairs.

Downstairs Living Space:
The downstairs level is completely separate from the upstairs and has its own private entrance (no interior stairs).

What’s Included:
We’ve stocked the home with everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen essentials (pots, pans, oil, basic spices), paper towels and coffee, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper). Each guest is also provided one beach towel.

The laundry room is located downstairs and includes a washer, dryer, detergent and dryer sheets. You’ll also find beach gear here—pop-up canopy, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. Feel free to use whatever you need; just rinse it off and return it when you’re done.

Need to get some work done between beach days? We have a portable work desk and monitor that we can set up in the bedroom of your choice. Please request the setup at the time of booking.

Dog-Friendly Always:
Lucky’s Lookout is named in memory of our beloved dog, and we welcome your pups with open arms. We provide food and water bowls and waste bags, plus towels and furniture covers. Just let us know at booking if you’re bringing your dogs so we can have everything ready for them. Sorry—no cats or other animals are allowed.
