Lucky’s Lookout is a family-owned and personally managed home—this is not a party house. We’ve poured our hearts into creating a peaceful, relaxing space for families and friends to make memories, and we ask that all guests treat it with the same love and care we do.

Maximum Occupancy- 12 guests, including children and non-overnight guests

Dogs welcome- we do not accept cats or any other animals

Check in- 4:00 PM

Check out- 11:00 AM

Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and prior approval

Booking initiator must be at least 25 years of age and must be accessible to the property and owner for the duration of the reservation. No 3rd party bookings

Smoking/ vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, but must dispose of cigarette/cigar butts properly

Parking: The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit of $250 is due two (2) days before check in, and will automatically be placed as a hold on the credit card used at the time of booking. Once you check out and there are no damages noted, the deposit will be released in full within three (3) days of your check out. Your card WILL NOT be charged if there are no damages to the home. 

Rental Agreement will be emailed to guest at the time of booking and must be signed in order to complete the reservation.

No parties or large gatherings. The maximum occupancy is 12 people total, including any daytime visitors. Please discuss with owner at the time of booking if you would like to arrange for non-overnight guests.

Police activity of any kind will result in immediate eviction from the property with no refund. No exceptions. 

Outdoor security camera is located on the front of the home, facing the driveway and street. It remains on 24/7 and records audio and video.
