House Rules & Policies

Lucky’s Lookout is a family-owned and personally managed vacation rental, not a party house. We’ve poured our hearts into creating a peaceful, relaxing space for families and friends to make memories. Please treat our home with the same care and respect we do.

Occupancy & Guests

• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (includes children and any non-overnight visitors)

• No parties or large gatherings allowed

• Please contact us in advance if you plan to have daytime visitors

Pets

• Dogs are welcome. We do not allow cats or other animals.

• No pet fees and no breed or size restrictions

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out available by prior approval and subject to availability

Booking Requirements

• Primary renter must be 25+ and stay on property for the duration of the reservation

• No 3rd-party bookings allowed

• Rental agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation

Smoking Policy

• Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the home

• Guests may smoke outside but must dispose of cigarette/cigar butts properly

Parking

• Driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles

• Street parking is not permitted

Security Deposit

• A $250 refundable security deposit is required

• The deposit will be held (not charged) 2 days before check-in and released within 3 days after checkout, provided no damages occur

Safety & Security

• Outdoor security camera monitors the driveway and street (audio and video recording, 24/7)

• Any police activity will result in immediate eviction with no refund
