A beach house stay, without paying for more space than you need
Lucky’s Lookout is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home — but not every group needs that much room. For groups of 6 or fewer, we offer a discounted rate when you rent just the main level (upstairs) of the home.
You’ll still have exclusive use of the property during your stay. Nothing is shared. We simply close off the lower level (downstairs), which has two additional bedrooms and a third bathroom with its own private entrance.
Main level (upstairs) includes
- 3 bedrooms with Roku TVs and Utopia Bedding pillows
- 1 king bedroom
- 1 queen bedroom
- 1 bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk + an additional twin bed
- 2 full bathrooms
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Open concept dining + living room
- Comfy reclining sofas
- Smart TVs in every room
Full outdoor access is included — deck, patio, yard, and the hot tub.
Who this option is best for
This is a great option for couples, small families, or a few friends who want the full beach house vibe while keeping it simple.
- This option is for groups of 6 or fewer (including children and infants).
- May not be available for peak season stays or holidays.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
If your group is larger than 6, you’ll need full-house pricing and availability.
