A beach house stay without paying for more space than you need
Lucky’s Lookout is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, but not every group needs that much room. For groups of 6 or fewer, we offer a discounted rate when you rent just the main level (upstairs).
You’ll still have exclusive use of the property during your stay. Nothing is shared. We simply close off the lower level (downstairs), which has two additional bedrooms and a third bathroom with its own private entrance. PLEASE NOTE: Small group option is only available for select dates and cannot be used during peak summer season or holidays.

- 3 bedrooms with Roku TVs and Utopia Bedding pillows
- 1 king bedroom
- 1 queen bedroom
- 1 bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk + an additional twin bed
- 2 full bathrooms
Living + kitchen
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Open concept dining + living room
- Comfy reclining sofas
- Smart TVs in every room
Full outdoor access is included including the deck, patio, yard, and hot tub.
Who this option is best for
This is a great option for couples, small families, or a few friends who want the full beach house vibe while keeping it simple.
